What you’ll be doing:
- Coordinate scheduling for all current and prospective home care clients.
- Proactively address staffing issues arising from changes in client or caregiver schedules.
- Promptly notify management of staffing problems and resolutions.
- Ensure accuracy and currency of scheduling calendars.
- Available for on-call duties, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Verify timecards against schedules for payroll and billing.
- Process clock-ins and clock-outs, recording data for payroll.
- Maintain confidentiality of client, employee, and agency information.
What we’re looking for:
- 1-2 years of experience in homecare agency in scheduling role.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong references highlighting reliability, dependability, and longevity with previous employers.
- Genuine passion for providing compassionate care to clients.
- Dedication to maintaining professionalism and upholding company values.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and responsibilities.
- Desire for career growth and advancement within the home care industry
- A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible.
- Solid computer skills and ability to learn fast.
